Andy Lock, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Lock has over 25 years of healthcare management and healthcare informatics experience. His experience began with ZYBEX Corporation in systems design, implementation, and support of financial information systems for multi-specialty medical groups, Independent Physician Associations, and managed care organizations. Since 1994, he has been the principal of HMS Technologies, which provides legacy credentialing software systems for health plans, hospitals, physician organizations, and other healthcare organizations required to verify health practitioner professional credentials. His extensive knowledge in healthcare includes practice management, managed care contracting, MSO development, network development, and professional credentialing. His information technology experience includes systems design, EDI development and implementation, and user interface design. Mr. Lock received his degree from the University of California, San Diego.

Rene Ng, Chief Operations and Technology Officer
Mr. Ng oversees all technology, operations, processing, and information infrastructure for WIN/Staff. He is also responsible for building strategic partnerships and business development in helping to grow the organization's business paradigm. He brings over 21 years experience in the Information Systems (IS) and Information Technology (IT) industries. Prior to WIN/Staff, he was Chief Technology Officer for RunMoney Corporation, a leading provider of institutional investment solutions to the financial industry. In his career, he has helped to build very successful technology organizations and business solution platforms for some of the largest corporations in the world, including E*TRADE, ORACLE, Dun and Bradstreet Software, and SONY Corporation, to name a few. He received his undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and Systems Analysis from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. In addition, he did graduate work in Engineering Administration (emphasis in Artificial Intelligence) from George Washington University, and Business Administration from Marymount University.

Paul Jarrad, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Jarrad brings 17 years of financial and management experience to WIN/Staff. Prior to joining WIN/Staff, Mr. Jarrad served as Chief Financial Officer of Sentius Corporation, a web content enrichment technology company, and ACCEL Technologies, a leading international software company, where he oversaw all of the accounting, finance, tax, administrative, board, and legal activities. Jarrad also brings an investment banking background from Bankers Trust Company, as both an analyst and trader. Mr. Jarrad holds an M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from the University of Chicago and a B.S. in Finance and Computer Science, summa cum laude, from Arizona State University.
